Unfortunately this year I had my first car accident. I’d heard of my friends having to pay thousands when they were the one who caused the accident and I was dreading paying extra bills on top of those I already struggle with. A parent’s worst nightmare is seeing their child injured. I was in a severe accident where my 4 year old daughter had her collarbone broken as well as a number of other fractures. As a single mum, I was worried I couldn’t afford the best care for her. Thankfully I was covered for all of her medical expenses, including her rehab costs after she left the hospital. I am very thankful for the service and support of the friendly consultants who I spoke to when making the claim. I am really impressed with how easy the claims process is. My husband and I were in an accident which involved a tow away vehicle and in matter of few days after the accident was reported to the money being transferred into my account, we had no troubles. The pay by the month is really handy for my business with small cash flow. I own a 20 tonne truck and only the greenslip price are $4000 plus. Paying $4000 plus all other insurance in one go really destroy my cash flow for my business. Thank you for offering the pay by the month option, It really helped me to manage my cash flow and easy the pain of insurance prices.
